• Top made of typically Italian split hazel spruce from Val di Fiemme, air-dried for at least 20 years
• Back made of flamed Bosnian maple, air-dried for at least 25 years
• Sides and neck made from the same wood as the back
• Fingerboard made from finest ebony
• The instrument is varnished entirely in the manner of the great Cremonese masters of the 17th century �?this includes: a wood primer based on casein and calcium, an amber-linseed oil varnish specially formulated by Edgar Russ and coloured with pigments to give the instrument a faithful reproduction of the original
• Bridge: Aubert De Luxe
• Pegs, tailpiece and chinrest made from boxwood
• Boxwood endpin
• Chinrest: Small lateral model "Dresden" with titanium screws
• Fine tuner is selected after the sound adjustment
